Today we decided to catch the bus to Kata beach, which is the next beach along from us. After getting off the bus and having a little walk around we decide to have a drink at a bar on the beach and yes martin had a Chang beer for a change;-). We then decided to go back to a crazy golf park we had passed earlier and have a game. It was called Kata Beach Dino park mini golf, so guessing it was going to be a bit Jurassic. It was an 18 hole course and was pretty cool with all the dinosaurs placed around the course and a couple of caves!! It was pretty close in the end, martin beat me by 1 point!!
After all the excitement of crazy golf we walked a little further into Kata and discovered another beach where a surf comp was being held! Getting back to Karon wasn’t quite as straight forward as getting here, waited about 30 minutes before a bus appeared by which time we had almost walked back ;). Tonight tea was not quite a pleasurable as the previous, food was really nice and good price but the staff were a bit miserable and our mains turned up before our starters. Shame really as the food was really nice!!
