Catching the sky train in bangkok is the easiest thing to do. There is only 3 lines across the whole city. One gets you from airport to Siam(E1,E2…), the other gets you from Siam north to bus station(N1,N2…) just passed the abloom apartments. Then the 3rd seems to go to the south west area(S1,S2…) below all the tourist attractions but we did not go here so not really sure what’s there! All sky train lines meet in the Siam area of bangkok!
When you enter a station you will see a picture of all the possible stations you can get to from here and instead of the individual station number (N1,S1etc) it has a number such as 25 on it and you will notice various stations have the same number. This number is the cost in baht to get there! Simply enter this amount into the machine and press the number button. Note you need to buy one ticket at a time! Once you have the ticket enter the appropriate turnstile and follow signs to get on the required train!
